Ted Richmond's Wilderness Library

Once again, the identity of this scout is unknown to me. The location looks very similar to a part of Jeff Raney's property that he called "the point". It was one of the most spectacular views of the Buffalo River Valley you could ever see.

The point is now park property and accessible only by traveling over rugged land or by private property.
